The app
Which audits does ISMyAudit cover?
Internal ISM audits, internal ISPS audits and MLC inspections. A project can contain several audit types, so a combined visit ends in one report.
Does ISMyAudit work without internet on board?
Yes. The app works completely offline. All data is stored locally on the device.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad.
Can I add notes to checklist items?
Yes. Every item can carry a note, and notes appear in the report next to the item.
How are non-conformities and observations recorded?
Each item is marked OK, NC, OBS or N/A. In addition, you write up non-conformities and observations as numbered findings (NC-01, OBS-01 …) with a description for follow-up. Both appear in the report.
What does the report contain?
Report details and distribution, audit location, participants and auditors, yacht information, an audit summary, tables of non-conformities and observations, and the checklist pages with status and notes. The report is shown in your chosen report colour.
In which languages is the app available?
English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.
Where can I get the app?
ISMyAudit is currently in early access for yacht management companies. Book a demo or request early access and we will get you started.
Organisations and Premium
Can we use our own checklists?
Yes. With Premium, your organisation's own versioned checklists are imported into the app and used for new audits.
Can the app carry our branding?
Every user can choose the report colour of the PDF. Premium adds your organisation's own checklists and your company's app icon.
How do our auditors get Premium?
Each auditor activates Premium in the app with their business email and an unlock code. The code only works with your company's email domain.
What does Premium cost?
Pricing depends on your organisation and requirements. Book a demo and we will prepare an offer.
Data and security
Where is our audit data stored?
Only on the auditor's iPhone or iPad. ISMyAudit has no server that receives audit data.
Do we need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no cloud account.
Does the app track usage?
No. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking services.
Getting started
Does ISMyAudit replace our Safety Management System?
No. ISMyAudit supports carrying out audits and writing the report. Your SMS and its requirements remain the reference.
Will flag States or classification societies accept the report?
ISMyAudit produces your internal audit report based on your checklists. Content and form requirements are set by your SMS, flag State and classification society – the report follows the structure you define.
How quickly can we start?
Your auditors can start with the standard checklists right away. Premium with your own checklists is set up once we have agreed on your requirements.
