2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by TODO_LEGAL (hosting provider, address, data processing agreement). When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

This data is required to deliver the website securely and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after TODO_LEGAL days unless longer storage is required to investigate security incidents.

3. No cookies, fonts served locally

This website does not use cookies. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to external font services is made.

If you close the language hint, this choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It contains no personal data and stays on your device.

4. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process your email address and the information you provide to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete the data when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Demo request form

If you use the demo request form, the data you enter (company, name, business email, details about your audits and your message) is transmitted via the form service Web3Forms (TODO_LEGAL: operator, address, data processing agreement, international transfer) and sent to us by email. A hidden spam protection field and a minimum filling time are used to filter automated submissions. We use it only to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

6. Booking a demo appointment (Cal.com)

Appointment booking is provided by Cal.com, Inc. The booking widget is only loaded after you click to choose an appointment. Cal.com then processes the data required for booking (name, email, selected time, IP address). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. TODO_LEGAL (data processing agreement, international transfer mechanism, Cal.com privacy policy link).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, contact us at imprint@forinspectors.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

We update this policy when our website or the legal requirements change.
